At Loiter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
